This is an on‑site role where you’ll work closely with the leadership team to drive financial strategy, manage reporting, and support operational excellence. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves, this could be the perfect fit.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic financial direction and insights to senior leadership
• Manage all accounting functions including AR, AP payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax regulations
• Supervise and mentor one accounting staff member
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and process improvements
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Lead the implementation of NetSuite ERP (experience with NetSuite is a strong asset)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Collaborate across departments to support project planning and financial decisions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
