Responsibilities & Tasks

    • Working conditions & Physical environment

  • Plant environment – Small and large volume production line.
  • Must wear individual protection equipment at all times.
  • Work in a standing position.
  • Some meal and break periods may need to be shuffled around to ensure that lines are constantly working.
  • Operate a barrel-lifter to replenish the lines.
  • Operate an electric and / or manual pallet truck.
  • Handle loads up to 20 kg.

    • Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Knowledge of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & safety rules
  • Good mathematics skills
  • Knowledge of computer programs (ex : Excel)
  • Capable of working in a way to meet set standard times based on the quality standards in place
  • Must have good team spirit and work so that the team meets expected results
  • Must be able to participate in various analyses and suggest corrective or improvement measures
  • Must be a good communicator and be able to inform his colleagues of past activities on the line
  • Good team spirit and stay focused on health and safety at work
