Distribution Center Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution  Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day distribution center operations.

As a Distribution Center Supervisor you will lead a high-performing team and ensure efficient accurate work flows and maintaining safety standards in the distribution center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving picking packing shipping and inventory accuracy.
• Lead coach and develop a team of Distribution Center Colleagues to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure all operational tasks are completed in compliance with company procedures safety standards and quality expectations.
• Monitor labour planning workload distribution and shift performance to maintain operational efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve operational challenges including order variances inventory discrepancies and workflow interruptions.
• Support onboarding and training for new colleagues.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment conducting safety checks and ensuring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve processes optimize space and enhance overall Distribution Center performance.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports as required.

What this role brings to you :

Compensation :   Generally the hiring range for this position is $65000 to $75000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience internal and market equity.
