Summary

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments and accurate financial reporting. This role involves processing daily receipt entries in our JD Edwards system, maintaining and updating AR reports for collection, closing AR and completing AR accounts reconciliations, and opening customer accounts and managing the customer review process. The analyst also manages the Charter billing process and provides accurate GP month‑end reports, completes monthly Charter account reconciliations, assists with Monthly E‑billing processes, assists with the audit process, and handles ad‑hoc analysis requests.
