What you’ll be doing :

Role would provide opportunity to assist multiple departments under Service management

• Performing incident analysis to identify patterns and root causes
• Supporting reporting and documentation for service performance
• Conducting observability analysis to enhance system monitoring and uptime
• Contributing to service management reporting and process optimization

What you bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Knowledge of AI automation tools is a strong asset

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
