Our client is a global power in the industrial automation sector and they are looking for someone who can grow with them. The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, along with a flexible hybrid schedule that allows you to work from home two days a week. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients' valued accounts. This role is a specialized customer care position that requires technical proficiency and a high degree of accuracy. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a customer service request—from initial quoting and pricing to the complexities of rebilling and credit management. In the fast-paced world of industrial automation, your ability to provide high-level customer care fluently in both English and French will be essential for supporting a diverse North American client base.

Responsibilities
-Process high-volume sales orders, quoting, and pricing requests within the SAP and Salesforce ecosystems to ensure top-tier customer care.
-Manage complex rebilling processes, credit notes, and account reconciliations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Act as the primary point of contact for bilingual customer inquiries, providing expert customer service assistance in English and French.
-Maintain a high level of data integrity by accurately entering technical specifications and customer data at a speed of 50+ WPM.
-Execute repetitive customer service tasks with a high degree of focus and a "zero-error" mentality.


Qualifications
-Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative or in a customer care role.
-Proven experience working within the industrial automation or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
-Recently demonstrated mastery of SAP and Salesforce platforms is a MUST.
-Availability to work full-time hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM in Mississauga (shifts are flexible).
