The primary responsibility of the Rental Coordinator is to assist with the day to day operation of the rental counter. The Rental Coordinator is the first point of contact and represents the company to customers.
JOB DUTIES
- Handle incoming enquiries from new and existing customers
- Perform check in and out of rental units
- Complete and process rental agreements and required paperwork
- Work with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure maximum fleet utilization and minimize downtime
- Assist with the various other rental department duties, as required
- Training will be provided
Job Requirements :
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year vehicle rental or similar experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
