We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic Finance team and contribute to our continued growth.

Your responsibilities :

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and efficiently each day.
  • Make and manage daily deposits, including online check deposits.
  • Promptly record all customer payments in our ERP system to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their payments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in other tasks and projects as required by the Finance department. finances.

Required profile :

  • Bilingualism (French and English) : Excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a role related to customer accounts.
  • Education : A degree in accounting or administration is an asset.
  • Technical skills : Proficiency in Sage 300 ERP and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolve in a changing environment.
  • Personal qualities : Autonomy, discretion, attention to detail and team spirit.
