Adecco is actively seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Oshawa, ON. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage the organizational, financial, and operational processes to ensure the company's continued success and growth.
As the Operations Manager, you will work closely with all departments, including sales, finance, and inventory management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This role focuses heavily on the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, invoicing, costing, and reporting, along with overseeing contracts and purchase orders.
You will be pivotal in ensuring that financial processes are accurate and efficient, working in collaboration with other key players in the organization.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee deposits, transfers, payments, and term deposits.
- Manage invoicing for equipment sales and rentals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for equipment sales and rentals.
- Produce purchase orders for equipment acquisitions.
- Work with MNP for year-end purposes.
- Ensure accurate costing for each piece of equipment sold.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare quotes.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory list and track equipment locations.
- Estimate company labour costs for projects.
Requirements :
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Proven experience in managing operational, financial, and organizational processes.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and cost management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with team members and executives.
- Experience in the heavy equipment or industrial sector is a strong asset.
