We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume requisition load, with a focus on recruiting top talent for a variety of positions across Canada, including Supply Chain, Warehouse Associates, Team Leads, Operations Assistants, Maintenance Workers, Fleet Team Leads for Drivers, and Driver Trainers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, adapts easily to change, and has a strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with hiring teams.
Advantages
Manage High-Volume Hiring : Oversee a portfolio of 20 requisitions at any given time, covering roles across Canada in diverse locations (East, West, Ontario).
Sourcing : Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to actively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates.
Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs, particularly for specialized roles in supply chain and fleet management.
Candidate Engagement : Lead candidates through the hiring process from sourcing through offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Interview Process : Conduct the first round of virtual interviews focused on scenario and behavioral questions; coordinate with hiring managers for second-round interviews, which may be on-site or virtual.
Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements, hiring timelines, and role-specific qualifications.
Responsibilities
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in recruiting, with proven experience in high-volume hiring and sourcing through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
Communication and Influencing Skills : Strong ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, influence hiring decisions, and maintain alignment on candidate profiles.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for change.
Technology Skills : Experience with ATS systems (Workday experience is a plus).
Pipeline Management : Ability to build and sustain a talent pipeline, especially for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
Qualifications
Graduation in Supply chain Management
On-Site Requirement : This role requires presence on-site 5 days a week.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, with potential for extended contract based on performance and hiring needs.
