Provide a welcoming environment to all customers by greeting them at the door.Accompany customers to appropriate areas (Sales and Service) and offer refreshments.Build and maintain relationships with current customers, leads, and prospects.Facilitate introductions to appropriate team members based on the customer journey.Brief Porsche team members on customer needs to enhance their experience.Perform daily showroom checks to ensure alignment with brand standards.Maintain digital touchpoints and technical showroom equipment.Verify customer data and maintain accurate records.Provide support during customer events and dealership activities.Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the overall customer experience.Qualifications & Skills :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside within Canada.Business and / or technical education from a university or college.Experience in customer service, preferably within a premium brand.Previous experience in a similar role or environment is an asset.Restaurant or hospitality experience is considered an advantage.Proficiency in standard computer applications (MS Office, Outlook).Energetic and positive mindset with excellent communication skills.Strong self-discipline, organizational, and time management abilities.Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a professional demeanor.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to go the extra mile to provide an exceptional customer experience.Don't miss out on this Customer Experience Associate job in Toronto.
