As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and premium experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, facilitating their journey within the dealership, and providing top-tier support through personalized service.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide a welcoming environment to all customers by greeting them at the door.
  • Accompany customers to appropriate areas (Sales and Service) and offer refreshments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current customers, leads, and prospects.
  • Facilitate introductions to appropriate team members based on the customer journey.
  • Brief Porsche team members on customer needs to enhance their experience.
  • Perform daily showroom checks to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain digital touchpoints and technical showroom equipment.
  • Verify customer data and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide support during customer events and dealership activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside within Canada.
  • Business and / or technical education from a university or college.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within a premium brand.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or environment is an asset.
  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications (MS Office, Outlook).
  • Energetic and positive mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong self-discipline, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to provide an exceptional customer experience.
