As Malach continues to invest in advanced fabrication technology, we are seeking a Lead Hand to take ownership of our Salvagnini S4 punch press and P4 panel bending cell .

Your Impact

The Lead Hand plays a critical, hands-on leadership role within Malach’s sheet metal operations. You will be responsible for programming, operation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day leadership of the Salvagnini punch press and panel bender, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

This role is ideal for an experienced Salvagnini operator who enjoys owning a process, mentoring others, and continuously improving how work flows through the shop .
