Job Description :
The Auto Body Apprentice repairs minor vehicle damage while shadowing a licensed Auto Body Technician. The Auto Body Apprentice works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Repairs vehicles as per insurance guidelines and our quality standards
Inspect and disassemble the vehicle to determine all damages at the beginning of the repair
Repair minor damage to vehicle’s body panels
Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components and vehicle accessories
Reassemble vehicle once repairs are complete
Inspect completed work to ensure the repair is up to quality standards
Shadow a Licensed Auto Body Technician to perform repairs
Actively pursues learning opportunities and applies newly gained knowledge to tasks, contributing to high-quality work and continuous improvement.
Minimum Education and / or Experience Required for the Job
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program
Minimum 1 years of Auto Body Technician experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)
Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.
Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift approximately 50 lbs.
You have your own toolbox
Valid driver’s license required

Compensation Details
Compensation : $20-$27 / hour
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
