(CAN) Overnight Lead Department Manager

Position Summary

What You’ll Do

• Assist in providing direction and the coordination of overnight stocking as per the priorities communicated by the overnight assistant manager and the daytime management team.
• Assess the overall presentation of merchandise and appearance of the store, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
• Ensure that defective merchandise is taken to the claims room.
• Maintain general responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the overnight assistant manager, and manage accidents that occur during the overnight shift.
• Inspect premises of assigned areas within the store to ensure adequate security and compliance with physical facilities standards.
• Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to achieve production results.

Compensation

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.25. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience. Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste débute à 19.25 $. Le taux horaire sera déterminé en fonction de l’expérience pertinente.
