Administrative Assistant
Location : North Vancouver
Compensation : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Our accounting firm in North Vancouver is seeking a permanent Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the firm and a chance to work in a beautiful office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Support : Communicate with clients and prepare letters and documents.
- Project Management : Track new projects, deadlines, priorities, and target dates.
- Invoicing & Finance Support : Create invoices, manage accounts receivables, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Office Operations : Order supplies and ensure the office remains organized, including maintaining systems.
- Team Support : Provide administrative assistance to professionals and handle additional projects as needed.
- Other Duties : As assigned by the Owner.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience or a combination of relevant education and training.Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and an aptitude for learning new software.If you're looking for a dynamic role with potential for growth, we'd love to hear from you!
