BBA’s Vancouver office is looking for a Senior ElectricalEngineering Lead to contribute to the various stages of major electrical

engineering projects in the industrial and renewables space. There will be opportunities to participate in

projects from the earliest stages of business development to onsite equipment

commissioning.

The Senior Electrical Engineering Lead will need to use

their leadership skills every day, whether it’s to develop trusting

relationships with our partners in the region, mentor the next generation, or

manage the project work.

• Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, engineers, designers and drafters in the preparation of deliverables to BBA and client standards
• Establish client needs, prepare or review project deliverables, reports, estimates, specifications, quotations and proposals
• Lead, supervise, train, and mentor junior engineers during the project execution.
• Create project scope of services, budgets and schedules
• Plan and monitor work assignments and costs
• Communicate with the client on active and future projects
