(CAN) OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

Overview

Position Summary : To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders ensuring a high quality standard and accuracy while adhering to safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and quality in mind to achieve on-time delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
• Ensure that products picked are of high quality with no damaged items and the freshest product selection where applicable.
• Document and label all orders correctly through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service to aid issue resolution.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, keep a clean work area, promptly clean spills, ensure totes are free of debris, operate material handling equipment safely, and complete safety pre-inspection checks before use.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, safety, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility to meet daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
