Job description

As the Photo Studio Assistant you will contribute to Lauras success by assisting the eCommerce studio with various processes daily production and daily ecommerce photography shoots. This role requires attention to detail a sense of urgency and accountability a deep understanding of our brand and the ability to work closely with our styling and production teams to meet daily shoot / upload quotas.

How will you support the team

  • Offfigure styling for clothing and accessories.
  • Support in the styling workflow such as sample organization rack setup steaming / prep data entry and scanning of products; retagging samples; following styling document prepared by Stylist Liaison.
  • Upload eCommerce offfigure photos and eCommerce videos online and ensure backups are loaded onto company servers.
  • Assist in the reception of all photoshoot clothing and accessory samples.
  • Support the studio team with ad hoc requests and administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or related experience
  • 12 years offfigure high volume eCommerce assisting experience
  • A passion for the art of styling
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken to efficiently communicate with internal and external partners)
