Licensed Plumber - Windsor

The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years' experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high rise rental properties.

We are looking for Licensed Plumbers to perform rough and finished plumbing work plumbing repairs and maintenance in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout the Windsor and surrounding areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in apartment buildings.

Completes required documentation (i.e.

electronic timesheets, invoices, plumbing check-ups, etc.) for services performed Ability to follow detailed established procedures and methods to perform job duties JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be licensed and experienced, minimum 3-5 years in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties (i.e.

Branch Lines, Rough ins, valve replacement, bathtub replacement, drain mods etc.) Attention to detail Excellent Communication Skills Mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment Must have own tools Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driver’s Abstract #B Powered by JazzHR
