The Opportunity :
We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Site Development to join our client's team in the Kitchener office. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, executing and delivery of site development projects, ensuring the projects are within budget and on schedule while managing client's expectations
What You'll Be Doing :
- Procure new projects and clients by identifying business development opportunities
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, communicate effectively with clients and internal / external project teams, and continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction
- Managing project execution by providing direction to the project team, appropriately scheduling time and acting as main point of contact between internal and external project teams
- Managing project financials including invoicing, progress payment certificates, collecting accounts receivables and managing project budgets
- Attendance at project meetings
What You'll Need to Be Successful :
Degree or Diploma in Civil EngineeringP.Eng. or C.E.T5+ Years in a PM Role at a consulting firmExpertise in Site Plan Review ProcessTechnical understanding of applicable government standards and general engineering practices, processes, and legislative regulations
