Compensation & Hours :
The rate of pay will be $100K-$120K / year based on experienceMonday-FridayThis role is located in Taber, AB and will require you to be in officePreference will be given to local candidates or candidates with ties to the Taber and area community.Position Summary :
Managing operations of the parts and equipment departments, ensuring they are functioning efficientlyBuilding a strong team, holding members accountable and promoting collaborationProviding customer service and ensuring all divisions are performing to high customer satisfaction standardsBuilding and maintain strong customer, vendor, and internal relations, driving for business growthMonitoring inventory levels, sales performance, services completed, and other branch metrics to ensure metrics are metDriving business growth with senior management team through strategic planning and business development plansEnsuring branch compliance for all safety and operational standardsTroubleshooting with staff on all areas including but not limited to : sales, service, parts, and equipment.Reporting to management team on branch performance, noting all and any areas for improvementRequired Qualifications :
5+ years of proven team management experience with ability to check in with teams dailyExperience working within the Heavy Equipment or agriculture industry would be preferredCommunity forward mindset with a focus on teamwork and integrity within the branchStrong strategic business acumenBonus Points For :
