Responsibilities

• Partner with developers & production support teams to resolve issues
• Participate in on‑call rotation (alerts, escalations, weekends / holidays)
• Support database changes and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis
• Contribute to team strategy, automation, and process improvements
