Contact Centre Agent - Onsite

Are you a customer-focused professional with experience in a busy call center or receptionist role? We’re looking for a dedicated Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team in Oakville. In this fast-paced, client-facing position, you'll be the first point of contact for citizens, helping address a wide variety of inquiries and service requests.

Location :   Oakville (Free Parking Available)

Contract Duration :  3-month contract

Compensation :  $20 per hour

Schedule :  Fluctuating hours between 7 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Rotational shifts are required, including holidays.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
• Efficiently resolve issues or escalate to appropriate departments as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation in the system.
• Deliver superior customer service while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced call center setting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills :

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Oakville, with free parking available on-site. It offers a fast-paced and rewarding work environment where you will make a direct impact on the service delivery to the community.
