About the role: Principal Product Manager

In this role, you’ll build, implement, and manage high-impact products within Amazon’s Middle Mile network. These tools will directly contribute to faster and more efficient package delivery. With our rapid global expansion and new delivery models—like AmazonFresh and Prime Now—you’ll be instrumental in optimizing an increasingly complex logistics system.

You will work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and business leaders, owning the roadmap strategy, feature tradeoffs, and end-to-end delivery. This position also emphasizes process standardization, continuous improvement, and strategic decision-making backed by your decade-long experience.

Benefits and Salary

Amazon offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and sign-on bonuses. The base salary range for this role is $143,200 to $239,200 per year, depending on experience and skills. Employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, financial, and other wellness needs.

Pay Range: $143,200 – $239,200 (based on experience, skills, and knowledge)

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum 10+ years in product or program management, product marketing, or business development
• Experience with product lifecycle management, strategic roadmaps, and feature tradeoffs
• Strong history of executing large-scale initiatives
• Experience owning technology products is preferred
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics innovation
