My Home Concierge’s mission is to help people be worry-free when it comes to their home maintenance. We can clean it, build it, and fix it. We remove the headaches of finding and vetting contractors for each job or endless DIY projects by being a one-stop shop for homeowners.

We are looking for a Appliance Technician in Edmonton, Alberta, who can respond to service calls and lead our Appliance Repair Division as the company grows.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed

- Qualified in Alberta as a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice or Red Seal /Journeyperson Appliance Service Technician
- Customer Service Mindset
- Strong Written/Verbal Communication Skills
- Leadership abilities and a focus on team

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Responding to service calls by dispatching help or troubleshooting and repairing appliances on site
- Securing new warranty contracts
- Leading the Appliance Repair Division as the company grows
- Mentoring and overseeing an Appliance Technician Apprentice
- Ordering parts for repair, when required
- Completing Work Orders and other administrative paperwork in a timely fashion
- Other duties as required

Pay Rate

$21-38 per hour
