What we expect from you

As a Visual Merchandiser you are responsible for ensuring the image of the store and optimizing the product display through analysis of sales reports, balancing image and commerciality. One of your main objectives is to personally ensure, through constant supervision, the team of salespeople advise customers complying with Massimo Dutti standards, as well carry out the rest of their assigned tasks. Among your main responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily product replenishment and maintain a high level of image standards.
• Analyze sales ranking to promote the correct merchandise.
• Competitor Analysis and product performance feedback in the store.
• As a part of the store management being responsible for opening and closing procedures when needed.
• Managing the daily shift, planning the day schedule and delegating task to the team effectively.
• Respecting Health & Safety Measures in all activities
• Full time availability required.
• French required
