A global fast-growing, entrepreneurial color cosmetics company is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse by utilizing and optimizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team. What You’ll Do

Supervision and Leadership :

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Provide guidance and training to new warehouse employees.
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues promptly.
