Job Title : Business Analyst

Contract Duration : 12 months

Pay range C$45 - 55 / hr

Work Type : Hybrid, 2 days onsite

Location : Toronto, ON

About the Role :

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Planning and Execution : Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, direct mail, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Creative Strategy : Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling creative assets that align with the brand and campaign objectives.
  • Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Data Analysis : Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, and analytics.
  • Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Marketing Experience : 5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, including email, direct mail, and digital marketing.
  • Creative Strategy : Strong understanding of creative development processes and the ability to evaluate creative work.
  • Data Analysis : Proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Project Management : Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

    • Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Agile Methodology : Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Data-Driven Marketing : A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Digital Marketing : Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.

  • Bachelor's Degree
