Senior Director – Commercial Real Estate

Our client, a national real estate company with a rich portfolio, is currently looking for a Senior Director – Commercial Real Estate , to join its legal team.

YOUR ROLE :

Play an important advisory role to the organization;
Manage commercial and residential real estate transactions in Quebec, Ontario and Canada;
Support commercial real estate operations;
Draft and negotiate major commercial leases with various stakeholders;
Monitor and ensure the maintenance of positive relationships with external partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFCATIONS :

Bachelor of Laws and member of the Quebec Bar or the Chamber of Notaries;

Have approximately 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate law, transactional law and commercial leasing;

Experience in the retail field, an asset;

Have excellent communications skills (written and oral) and fluency in English and French;

Dynamism, efficiency, team spirit.
