Location : New Lisbon, WI

Duration : 13-week contract with potential for extensions

Schedule : Monday to Friday, no weekends or on-call duties

Facility Type : Correctional Facility

Local Rate : $100 / hr

Weekly pay before taxes : $4,000

Travel Rate - Combined : $105 / hr

Pay Rate (taxable) : $76.00

Stipend Rate (non-taxable) : $29.05

Weekly Total before Tax : $4,202.00

Weekly Pay (taxable) : $3,040.00

Weekly Stipend (non-taxable) : $1,162.00

Requirements :

Experience in private practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings

Comfortable working within a correctional facility environment

Active Wisconsin state NP license and DEA license
