    Key Responsibilities :

    Data Integration & Curation :

    • Integrate data from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), medical devices, and external databases.
    • Automate data workflows and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for batch data ingestion to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
    • Work autonomously on data projects, leveraging strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Data Management :

    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in collaboration with the Clinical Operations team.
    • Identify and resolve data-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
    • Monitor data systems and assist in batch data pulls for researchers and stakeholders.
    • Data Infrastructure :

    • Support the development and maintenance of data warehouses and databases optimized for analysis.
    • Assist in building data loaders and processing pipelines for AI / ML training on AWS / GCP.
    • Create datasets, data filters, and quantifiers to support ML / AI initiatives.
    • Statistical Analysis :

    • Provide statistical insights, including sensitivity / specificity, PPV / NPV, ROC, and AUC.
    • SaaS & Software Support :

    • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate data systems with our SaaS platforms.
    • Support the development and maintenance of applications that interact with data systems.
    • Adapt to evolving software development needs in a startup environment.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

    • Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, clinical operations teams, and analysts to provide technical support, data dumps, and analytics.
    • Qualifications : Required :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in Python and SQL development.
    • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, statistical analysis (EHR data, AUROC, Sensitivity / Specificity), and visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn).
    • 3+ years of experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) including data modeling, query optimization, and production maintenance.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
    • Preferred :

    • Experience working with medical data and / or medical imaging data.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
    • Exposure to SaaS environments, containerization, CI / CD tools, and Git.
    • Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
    • Understanding of ML / AI data preprocessing and dataset splits.
