We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Volunteer Director to join our non-profit organization in Canada. The Director will play a key role in leading the establishment and operation of the organization, focusing on wealth distribution, maintaining financial equality, lowering the cost of living, and improving overall quality of life for all individuals.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and management team to ensure compliance with the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and establish strategic direction for the organization.
Additionally, the Director will be responsible for securing public support for the enactment of legislation by the government dealing with self-employment, making representations to the government for income and taxes of such legislation, and coordinating services of the corporation with those of similar organizations, businesses, and individuals in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a strong belief in promoting equality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Any experience with financial management, fundraising, and program development is an asset. This is a volunteer position with flexible hours, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Canadians.

Requirements :
- Experience in strategic planning, administration, management, and financial management.
- Passion to gain knowledge and experience of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, program development, and other relevant needs in Canada.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members.
