As a key member of the Resort Leadership Team, the
Human Resources Manager
plays a vital role in creating a culture that reflects our core values of excellence, integrity, and community. Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of progressive HR experience; hospitality or resort experience preferred.
CPHR designation (or working toward it) is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of BC labour laws, employment standards, Foreign Worker programs and workplace compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Compensation
Salary Range : $75,000 – $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
