We're looking for a passionate Lead Bartender for Norca restaurant, located inside of Le Germain Ottawa, to develop the drinks menu, make wine list selections and share the latest trends with peers. This outstanding customer service person with a natural talent for communication listens to others and takes their needs and expectations into consideration in everything they do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ensure the smooth running of the bar.
- Train, support and motivate team members in their tasks and development.
- Share the bar's needs with the person in charge of food and beverage supplies so as to always have the right quantities on hand.
- Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
- Check equipment and product storage to ensure the establishment's cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
