Salary

Approx. CA$120,000 – CA$140,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Staff Software Engineer at Zeffy, you’ll work on key product features and play a central role in elevating the engineering team. You’ll bring experience that helps others make better technical decisions, navigate complexity, and maintain a focus on building simple, high‑quality solutions as we grow.

Responsibilities

Engineer, test, and deploy core product features across the stack.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a developer in SaaS or high‑volume web products.
• Shipped complex products at scale and have sharp judgment on technical decisions.
• Simplicity over cleverness, clarity over complexity, momentum over perfectionli>
• Mentor others with empathy; elevate team work without adding unnecessary.
