THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product people property and information at our Distribution Centers (DCs). You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention detection and resolution of loss throughout our locations. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Manager Risk Distribution you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

• Establish Aritzias approach to Enterprise Risk Management.

• Minimize the loss of merchandise.

• Protect our people our clients and our communities.

• Ensure the security of our physical assets.

• Preserve and safeguard confidential information.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager Risk Distribution has:

• Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles.

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $120000 $170000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
