Electrical Applications Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed familiarity with company products and technologies
• Gather and understand Customers’ product requirements : assist in developing Scope of Work (SOW), Requests for Proposals (RFP) etc.
• Provide technical support and consultation for the design and implementation of electric motors and controller systems for customer products.
• Develop and provide technical / product training and support for the Sales Team, Sales Representatives and Customers
• Provide technical support and guidance to electric vehicle manufacturers, dealers and end-users.
• Troubleshoot electromechanical systems, including software, mechanical and electrical hardware
• Ability to monitor market conditions and competition to support the organization in understanding the market and help to develop new products
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services
• Onboard and support customers through their product development cycles
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including datasheets and user manuals
• Provide support for functional safety and electrical system failure analysis
• Develop and analyze electrical and mechanical solutions / schematics
