Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Treasury Supervisor is responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities.
This includes managing the company’s cash flow forecast, identifying cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities and ensuring compliance with company and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company’s cash assets.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the company’s automatic bank reconciliation project implementation that is now launching.
Oversees the revenue of business. Partners with the Director of Finance to create the vision, strategy, and standards by which the role provides leadership and value to the organization.

In addition, you would :
- Lead the treasury month-end close process including the review and accurate recording of cash activity to the general ledger.
- Develop and support treasury policies, procedures and controls.
- Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements.
- Prepare, review and maintain compliance within the company; ensure proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements and general treasury activities.
- Review and release electronic and wire disbursements.
- Daily cash reporting and troubleshoot daily transaction issues.
- Perform periodic cost review of bank and armored carrier fees.
- Oversee daily cash forecast and cash position reporting.
- Maintain strong bank relationships and leverage existing banking relationships to open, manage and maintain bank accounts.
- Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts.
- Evaluate and recommend banking products, services and platforms as appropriate.
- Serve as primary administrator on online banking platforms, FX-All and other treasury platforms.
- Supervise maintenance and update signatories on every global bank account.
- Manage corporate purchase card and credit cards.
- Support special projects and acquisitions as assigned.

Job Requirements :
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance required.
- 1-3+ years post-qualification experience, Big 4 experience an asset.
- Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and related accounting.
- Can be pursuing CPA or CTP preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail orientated and critical thinker.
- Positive and enthusiastic personality.
- Able to handle large volumes and meet deadlines.
- Solid organizational, prioritizing and time management skills.
- Comfortable with a hybrid office environment.
- Technical experience using NetSuite or other ERP / One World financial software an asset.
- Bilingualism (English / French) is also considered to be an asset.
