Our firm is widely recognized for expertise in retail, residential, mixed-use, office and senior health-care projects. They are dedicated to high quality design, exceptional client service and the incorporation of sustainable design principles in our projects.

Your new roleYou are a team player that combines a strong design orientation with an open and collaborative teamwork focused environment.

You are passionate about the work that you do. You will be working on an array of projects including mixed use, residential, health-care, retail and office projects to name a few.

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have a minimum 4+ years' relevant experience with a Canadian or British Columbian Architectural firm, completion of a certified Building Technology or Architectural program in a professionally recognized institution.

You will have demonstrated expertise in building technology including wood frame, steel and concrete construction, for low-rise and mid-rise projects.

The candidate should be familiar with municipal approvals processes, and knowledge of the BC Building Code Part 3 and ASHRAE 90.

1. You will have experience in a variety of project types, including multi-family residential, mixed use, retail, and office, and have a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop.

You will have an understanding of sustainable design considerations, ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines, effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, and Municipal staff and have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in English.
