You'll work closely with a small, collaborative Executive Support Team to ensure priorities are anticipated, communication flows seamlessly, and both professional and personal commitments are executed with excellence.This is an ideal opportunity for a poised, intuitive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and finds fulfillment in bringing structure, foresight, and calm to the day of a visionary leader.What You'll Do:- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Founder, providing comprehensive support across professional, philanthropic, and personal activities.- Manage complex calendars, correspondence, travel, and logistics with impeccable attention to detail.- Anticipate needs and proactively create systems that streamline decision-making and day-to-day flow.- Liaise with philanthropic partners, business leaders, and household staff with professionalism and discretion.- Coordinate and execute special projects, events, and initiatives in collaboration with the broader team.- Maintain oversight of priorities and timelines to ensure key objectives are achieved.- Provide after-hours support when required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.About You:- 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, entrepreneur, or principal within a family office, private wealth, or high-growth environment.- Strong business acumen and the ability to grasp complex initiatives and priorities.- Naturally anticipatory, organized, and detail-oriented, with a calm and confident demeanor.- Emotionally intelligent and relationship-driven, able to interact comfortably with individuals at all levels.- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable navigating both structured systems and unstructured environments.- Flexible to provide after-hours or travel-related support as needed.- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as occasional travel between residences, offices, and event locations will be required.Why This Role:This is a rare opportunity to support a visionary Founder whose work blends business leadership with meaningful philanthropic impact.
