Essential Duties and Job Functions :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that data visualisation solutions meet their needs.
• Manage a project backlog with internal users – ensure that projects are thought through and deliverables are clearly articulated.
• Optimize existing Tableau dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the most effective tools and techniques.
• Work closely with Global Data & IT teams.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all visualisations.
• Support new data ingestion and improvements necessary to meet end user needs.
• Participate in data / code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Support data ingestion where necessary while working to minimise human interaction through Tableau Prep, AI or other innovative solutions.
