Join us as a Sales Development Representative!
In this role, you will use your skills, tools, and insights to assist customers in evaluating various options and identifying the most suitable solution for their laboratory.
You will be responsible for both outbound and inbound product interest prospecting. This means you will reach out to potential customers (outbound) and also handle inquiries from those who show interest in our products (inbound).
Your main task is to qualify these product interests. You will then move these interests through the sales pipeline until they reach a stage where a direct representative can take over.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Qualify leads and product interests from marketing campaigns
Prospect and qualify customers within the United States and Canada through needs analysis, budget and purchase authority
Communicate qualified leads to field sales team
Develop a thorough working knowledge of the products including design, functionality and operation
Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of typical product applications
Maintain daily customer and account record keeping within the CRM / Salesforce database
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in the Life Sciences
2+ years of relevant experience
Sales experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment
Experience and comfort using digital selling tools
Excellent verbal, written and phone communications skills, with a strong interest in directly contacting customers via phone and email
Comfort being on-camera in a virtual selling environment as well as creating video content for internal and external use
Requires general proficiency with Microsoft Office, systems and procedures to accomplish job
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
The US pay range for this full-time position is $ - $, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
