Description
As Team Lead for AI Voice , you will have the opportunity to drive innovation in conversational AI technology that transforms customer interactions in transit. You'll be leading the development of our cutting-edge AI platform that replaces traditional IVR systems with intuitive, human-like interactions, enabling seamless trip booking, reservation management, and real-time information access. In this role, you'll split your time between hands-on technical contribution and people leadership , working in an autonomous environment where you'll solve interesting technical challenges while growing and mentoring a high-performing team.
Successful candidates will be located in Vancouver, BC. The AI Voice team is a hybrid team, meaning that you will be expected to work in the office 3 days a week (MWF) at our HQ located in Downtown Vancouver near the Waterfront Station.
Please note! Spare will be observing an end-of-year shutdown from December 25 to January 1. If you apply during this time, you may not hear about next steps until we return to the office on January 2. If you begin your interviews before the break, it's likely your interview process will pause after initial interview stages and resume in January.
