RED TIC is seeking a Training and Performance Support Lead. Location : Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Contract : CDI (permanent).
Mission
As a Training and Performance Support Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective training programs. You will work closely with development teams, project managers, and clients to identify training and performance support needs, and develop tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for employees and clients.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and online.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training and performance support needs.
- Provide ongoing performance support, including coaching and mentoring.
- Establish performance indicators and tracking tools to measure the impact of training.
- Manage a training budget and optimize available resources.
Required Skills
Degree in Human Resources, Training Management, Education, or a related field.Significant experience in designing and implementing training programs.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Project management and performance evaluation skills.Knowledge of online training tools and e-learning platforms.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in French and English.Benefits
