Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), AI / ML, and Predictive Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of designing and implementing robust ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence solutions which drive business value and automation outcomes.

You will be responsible for leading technical design, code specifications, and delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations, focusing on optimizing IT operations and leveraging AI / ML to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and Solution ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence Story’s :
  • Lead the design and solutioning of scalable and maintainable ServiceNow PI solutions, focusing on ITSM Pro and Predictive Intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain design specs, standards, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations of PI
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IT strategies.
  • Technical Leadership :
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality code, optimal performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Mentor junior ai developers or pi developer, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise :
  • Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other relevant areas, to drive effective and efficient solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends, and integrate new capabilities into the platform as needed.
  • AI / ML and Predictive Intelligence :
  • Design and implement AI / ML models within ServiceNow to enable predictive analytics, automated incident resolution, and enhanced service delivery.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI / ML engineers to develop and deploy machine learning algorithms that enhance the predictive capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Drive the adoption of Predictive Intelligence in ITSM processes, improving incident management, change management, and problem management.
  • Performance Optimization :
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances, ensuring high availability, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and implement tuning strategies to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow AI / PI implementor.
  • Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM), and other relevant certifications.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Predictive Intelligence.
  • Experience with AI / ML technologies and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Python, R, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and integration methodologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions for large enterprises.
