Location : Onsite - Concord, ON
Hours : 8am to 4pm or 8 : 30 to 4 : 30pm or 9-5 (client has flexibility on hours)
Salary : Up to $60K + up to 10% Bonus

Job Overview
The primary result expected from the Sales Coordinator will be working with Sales team to coordinate sales support activity to increase sales, meet and exceed customer requirements and to help promote the company’s market position. To coordinate sales support activity to increase speed to market program launches, sales, customer satisfaction and to help promote the company’s market share.
REPORTS TO : Senior National Account Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Typical tasks for this position include(but are not limited to) the following :Interact daily with customers on requests for information on orders, POP, new product set up, product knowledge and other customer needsComplete daily activities related to National Accounts : deductions, sales numbers, running special sales reports on request and other activities as may be required.Support National Team by coordinating requests for presentation materials, literature and samples for account presentations.Assist the National Team as required, including, but not limited to, reports, contracts, commissionsReview, analyze and update market data (spec sheets-price lists, collateral material, etc.)Liaison between Customers, Suppliers, sales, and other internal personnel.Support the head office strategic sales activities as coordinated by National Account Manager.Supports competitive landscape and competitive price analysis through the gathering of data from the Retail channelsSet- up new products listings and ensure ongoing maintenance of existing products within the web portal designated by the customerManage the on-line presence of retailers. Ensure accuracy of information, presence of all products.Maintain all relevant files and databases accuratelyCreate and assist with Customer / Product presentation and / or planogram changesPrepare and organize mailings and sample product requests for trade shows and other eventsCoordinate Sales meetings and correspondenceOrganize and maintain a comprehensive filing systemCoordinate efficiently with other departments to provide superior customer experienceParticipation in other activities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS :
At least two (2) years related experience in sales coordination is requiredMust be computer literate, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookRetail link experience (only people who worked with Walmart)SAP is a mustProven experience interacting with customers and successfully managing short deadlinesPhotoshop / Publishing experience would be considered as a strong assetBusiness or Administrative Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience would be an assetSomeone who has a car is an asset to get lunches for clientsStrong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent written and oral communication skillsAdvanced organization, accuracy and administrative skills to ensure and maintain a high level of data integrityStrong ability to manage time and priorities in a deadline driven and fast-paced environmentShould be a Team player and having result orientated mindset.Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and persistent aptitude for following up with external clientsCapable of good tact, judgment and diplomacy in handling communication with customers and internal clientsStrong creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and requests will be essentialAbility to work well under pressure and work extra hours when needed to complete requests and projects.
