Bilingual Client Support Representative
Purpose of role
We are currently hiring a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative, Administrative Support to add to our Customer Service team.
This role will provide administrative support to our Client Support agents.
Job Description
Duties will include :
- Update epolicy portal and system
- Send emails and mail Lapse Notices as part of the Lapse Automation Process
- Assign cancellations to Customer Service Representatives
- Send email confirmations to Brokers and / or MGA’s
- Assist with filing duties and indexing documents
- Mail letters and cheques
- Update system and notes
- Assist with some transactions
- Other duties as required
Knowledge / Experience / Skills :
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in French (written and verbal) an asset
- Post-secondary education
- Administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
