Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will provide accurate and excellent member service to members, non-members, and your co‑workers. Specific responsibilities will include :

• Prepare regular financial reports, management reports, risk reports, and other reports as requested.
• Develop and maintain analytical reports to provide detailed explanations of variances to plan.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of automated processes to produce the required reports and the annual budget.
• On an ongoing basis assess and improve accounting processes paying particular attention to financial and management controls.
• Conduct research and analysis as required to support management activities and complete assigned account reconciliations.
• Perform general accounting duties.
• Perform other duties as may be required from time to time that are commensurate with the position.

Post‑Secondary Education in a relevant field.

Accounting Designation preferred.

Previous experience in a financial institution preferred.
