In this role, you will :
- Architect, design, and mature the ServiceNow CMDB, including class models, relationships, attributes, and lifecycle states.
- Lead the transition toward a fully CSDM‑aligned CMDB, ensuring data structures support service-aware operations.
- Enable CSDM-driven enhancements and develop ITOM-centric Service Mapping, ensuring accurate end‑to‑end visibility of service dependencies.
- Configure the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to manage multi-source data ingestion effectively.
- Standardize CMDB data, driving improvements that :
o Improve precision of service impact analysis.
o Unlock advanced automation capabilities such as alert self‑healing and agentic workflows.
Oversee CMDB health, normalization, reconciliation, governance, and data quality initiatives.Partner with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Database, and Application teams to understand environments and ensure accurate representation in the ServiceNow (GEMS) CMDB.Leverage IntegrationHub for automated ETL pipelines from third-party monitoring tools.Enable operations teams to validate topology and service dependencies.Define, implement, and enforce CMDB governance policies and standards.Conduct regular data audits and drive remediation of inconsistencies or missing relationships.Enhance automation coverage and mapping accuracy through continuous data optimization.Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? Proven experience implementing and architecting ServiceNow ITOM solutions in enterprise environments.Deep understanding of infrastructure components, networks, databases, cloud environments, and application topology.Extensive experience with CSDM, CMDB modeling, and ITOM data structures.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required; ITOM or CMDB certifications are an asset.What's in it for you?
