HR Administrator Location : Kirbymoorside
Hours : 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm, Friday 8 : 00am to 1 : 00pm

We’re working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing business in Kirbymoorside, who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator to support their HR function.
This is a busy and varied role, offering a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is looking to build a career within HR. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activity, ensuring processes run smoothly, and providing a professional and efficient service across the business.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Supporting the HR team with a broad range of administrative duties
- Managing recruitment administration, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and issuing offer documentation
- Completing Right to Work checks, DBS checks, and reference requests
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HR system
- Preparing and issuing contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Supporting onboarding and ensuring a smooth new starter experience
- Administering contract changes, including pay reviews and amendments
- Booking occupational health appointments and managing related administration
- Supporting with facilities and security administration where required
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Assisting with HR reporting, KPIs, and data management
- Supporting policy updates and general HR projects
- Contributing to continuous improvement across HR processes
